Shipping / Delivery
We strive to edit and send orders as soon as possible. Orders that enter from Monday to Friday before 12:00 p.m. will be sent within 24 hours. All orders that are received after the deadline will be sent on the following working day. For reasons of consumer protection, all orders are subjected to a review. In some cases, the processing time can be up to 72 hours.
Note: Orders that enter into special campaigns on weekends, special campaigns and public holidays can take additional processing time due to the higher order volume. Please allow 1-2 additional days for order processing.
Your order will be sent by UPS standard. Up to an order value of €100.00, a delivery charge of €4.95 will apply for standard deliveries within Germany. For standard delivery to other EU countries a delivery charge of €10.00 will apply. On all orders over €100.00, shipping is free.
At the moment Sleex does not offer an express delivery.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER
We start processing your order as soon as we have received you. Therefore, in most cases we cannot make changes or modifications to an order after it has been abandoned and confirmed. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
DIFFERING SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are happy to send your order to a delivery address that deviates from the billing address.
After sending your order, we will send you an email with your shipment success and a link via which you can track the shipment online.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift wrapping at this time.
Sleex accepts unused, unwashed and undamaged goods in sales capable within 14 days of receiving the goods to complete reimbursement.
We currently do not offer direct exchange. If you want to select a different size, colour or another style, we ask you to give up a new order.
