Returns

Sleex accepts unused, unwashed and undamaged goods in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the items for a full refund. We ask you to try the purchased items just as you would do in a shop.

 

METHOD

If you would like to send an article back, please follow the following steps:

Step 1 - please check:

  • You have placed your order in the Sleex online shop (en.sleex.com). For returns of items that you have purchased from another retailer, please contact the respective contractual partner.
  • The item is in an unused condition.
  • All original labels are attached to the article.

Step 2 – Please follow the steps described in Sleex’s returns portal described steps:

  • After you provide your postcode and your order number you will be guided through the return process.
  • You choose a DPD or UPS drop-off point for your return (despite the selection of the DPD/UPS drop-off point, you can hand in the return at any DPD/UPS drop-off point).
  • You will receive the shipping label to be attached to the package by email.

Step 3 - Pack and send your return:

  • After receiving the shipping label, you have 10 days to return the items to Sleex. If you do not submit your return within 10 days of the shipment label at the DPD/UPS drop-off point, your order may only be eligible for a credit.
  • The return via the Sleex return portal is free of charge. Your package only has to be handed in at DPD/UPS.
  • Sleex is not liable for lost returns.

 

REFUND

  • Please allow 7 to 10 working days to process the return after receipt. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been made. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

 

DAMAGED ARTICLES 

  • Sleex attaches great importance to the quality of materials and of the processing of its products and undertakes regular quality controls. However, product errors or defects can occur from time to time. We are happy to replace all faulty or defective items if they are available or issue a complete refund.
  • Faulty or defective items can only be returned to Sleex if they were bought in the Sleex online shop (en.sleex.com). Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to them.

 

DISCOUNTS

  • In the event of a return, all discounts are automatically applied to the total number of the purchased items.
