Products

How should I care for my Sleex products?

Please note that special care instructions can be found on each Sleex item. The general care instruction for our products is as follows:

Machine wash cold with similar colours in the gentle wash. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang to dry or lay flat for drying. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

What can I do if an article is not available?

Simply register for notifications on the respective article page and we will send you an email as soon as your size / colour is available again.

Orders

What is the current status of my order?

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email, which you can use to view the order. As soon as the order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from us with the shipment number with which you can track
the order. You can also view the status of your order by logging into the Sleex website.

Can I change my order?

We start processing your order as soon as we have received it. Therefore, in most cases we cannot make changes or modifications to an order after it has been made. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Shipping, exchanges & returns

What countries does Sleex ship to?

Sleex currently sends to customers in Germany and France.

What are the shipping costs?

Your order will be sent by UPS standard. Up to an order value of €100.00, a delivery charge of €4.95 will apply for standard deliveries within Germany. For standard delivery to other EU countries a delivery charge of €10.00 will apply. On all orders over €100.00, shipping is free.

What is the delivery time?

We strive to process and send orders as soon as possible. Purchases made from Monday to Friday before 12.00 p.m. will be sent on the following working day. All purchases made after 12.00 p.m. will be sent one day
later. For reasons of consumer protection, all orders are subjected to a review. In some cases, the processing time can be up to 72 hours.

Note: Purchases made into special campaigns on weekends,
special campaigns and public holidays can take additional processing time due to the higher order volume. Please allow 1-2 additional days for order processing.

Does Sleex offer express shipping?

Sleex does not offer express delivery at present.

Can I have the goods sent to a delivery address that deviates from the invoice address?

We are happy to send your order to a delivery address that deviates from the billing address.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is ready for shipping, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link with which you can track the shipment online.

Has my order been sent?

When we send your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the shipment number. You can use it to see when the order is expected to be received by you.

Does Sleex offer gift packaging?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift packaging at this time.

What are the return guidelines?

Sleex accepts unused, unwashed and undamaged goods in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the items for a full refund. We
ask you to try the purchased items just as you would do in a shop. You can find more information on returns under returns.

Returns

Can I exchange the purchased item?

We currently do not offer direct exchange. If you want to select a different size, colour or another style, we ask you to place a new order.

Payments

Which payment method are accepted?

Sleex accepts PayPal, credit cards Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Sofort Transfer, Giropay.

I have returned an article. When will the purchase amount be reimbursed to me?

Please allow 7 to 10 working days to process the return after receipt. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been made. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. You have not
